Cluck spent the first years of his career in real estate as a sales associate in the Chicago area markets. He then became a trainer and manager within the independent region of Century 21 of Northern Illinois.
His strategic approach to developing and expanding real estate franchise-modeled businesses began in 1987 as co-founder of Century 21 France, which developed a strong team of franchise sales and management professionals and oversaw the expansion of the brand throughout the country. Some 7 years later, building on the success of Century 21 France, Cluck co-founded Century 21 Benelux with two Belgian partners.
By putting their management and leadership skills into action, he and his partners developed strong networks throughout France and Belgium, accounting for approximately 1,100 open and operating real estate offices.
For more than 7 years leading up to his current role, Frank Cluck served as President of Century 21 France and conducted business consulting engagements for Realogy Corporation’s franchise brands overseas. Master franchisees around the globe benefited from being exposed to his leadership experience, training skills and business savvy throughout his consultation visits.
Mr. Cluck’s track record of successful franchise development is based on a unique business approach. He is known for his solid skills in the areas of communication, public speaking, fiscal management, business consulting, training, and franchise sales/start-up.
Frank is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the University of Illinois, Chicago. He enjoys traveling the world for both business and leisure, and has spent nearly 21 years living in France and Europe. |
