She moved her license to New Homes America, a real estate company specializing in working with buyers wanting to purchase new construction homes in 1996. She received many top selling awards during her time selling homes.
In 1998, New Home Americas asked her to become the office manager for their office in Lawrenceville, GA. She worked closely with the Broker in training new agents and increasing office production.
In 2000, she was promoted to become the company’s Transaction Coordinator. In that position, Karen reviewed every listing and contract to ensure all the “t’s” were crossed and the “I’s” dotted. She was also responsible for processing all the closings for the entire company.
Karen moved her license to ReMax Greater Atlanta in 2003 and she achieved her goal of obtaining her Georgia Broker’s license.
In 2005, Karen joined Global Realty Marketing as one of the State Coordinators. She was responsible for the states of Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Texas, Massachusetts and Florida. She was promoted to State Coordinator Supervisor for Global Realty Marketing in 2006 where she served in that capacity until November of 2008.

Karen began her real estate career in 1995 as a licensed agent with Northside Realty in the Atlanta area. She will always be grateful for the extensive training they provided new agents.
