Mark Layton - VP, Controller

Mark Layton graduated from Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor of Accounting degree. In 1999, he moved to the Atlanta area with his wife Kimberly and children Matthew and Emily.

At that time, he went to work for World Marketing Alliance, which later became World Financial Group. He worked at WFG until March 2003 in various roles as a staff accountant including Cost Analyst and General Ledger Accountant.

In March 2003, Mark joined World Leadership Group as an Accounts Payable Supervisor and shortly thereafter became Director of Commissions and served in that position until October 2008. Mark’s accounting experience greatly serves Nextage Realty International, LLC in the current position of Controller.
