Robb is a 25 year veteran of the real estate industry.
As a young attorney, after a short stint at a Wall Street law firm and on the legal staff at IBM, Robb joined United Parcel Service (UPS) as a real estate attorney where he was responsible for the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial and industrial properties nationwide. Following his experience at UPS he began a law practice in his hometown in Connecticut where he practiced real estate law for 17 years. He founded a small mortgage company in 1999 and by 2003 he was generating personal annual loan production volume exceeding $80M.
In 2005 Robb perceived a need to provide better real estate services to the Latino community, and he created Casa Latino Real Estate. Casa Latino began as a small 1 agent office in 2005 and grew to several locations by 2010. In January, 2011 Robb joined Nextage Realty International as its Vice President of Diverse Market Development and brought several former Casa Latino franchises into the Nextage Realty family.
Robb has a B.S.B.A from University of New Haven, a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, and a certification in Ad Valorem Taxation from Michigan State University.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and the Federal District Courts in Connecticut and New York. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida.
